We bottled a very limited number of magnums to help commemorate this incredible vintage. As always, these 1.5 liter bottles will disappear quickly. Boeschen Vineyards’ flagship wine is a very limited bottling of Cabernet Sauvignon made exclusively from estate-grown fruit. This wine is crafted in an Old-World style, seeking balance and complexity, and blended with the other estate-grown Bordeaux varietals. The wine is aged 18 months in French oak and then one additional year in the bottle. Only the highest quality grapes are chosen for Boeschen Vineyards wine, and even then only the best lots of young barreled wine are selected for final bottling. The 2023 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is a gift straight from Mother Nature who really showed off what she could do in Napa Valley that season. The grapes stayed on the vines longer than normal into the fall, and the result is a gorgeous, deep, dark, character-filled wine that will age forever.
