About Purchasing Boeschen Vineyards Wine...

Boeschen Vineyards’ flagship wine is a very limited bottling of Cabernet Sauvignon made exclusively from estate-grown fruit. This wine is crafted in an Old-World style, seeking balance and complexity, and blended with Petit Verdot, Merlot and Malbec. The wine is aged 18 months in French oak and then one additional year in the bottle. Only the highest quality grapes are chosen for Boeschen Vineyards wine, and even then only the best lots of young barreled wine are selected for final bottling.

The 2007 Estate Cabernet is fulfilling the potential promised by the amazing 2007 vintage. The hillside Cab blocks are providing wonderful depth and structure, while the “blenders” of Merlot and Malbec are giving us layers of complexity and balance. 2007 was a gorgeous vintage for our Petit Verdot, which is why the final blend contains 18% of that aromatic variety.  The result is a powerful and elegant wine that does not come around very often.  We are very excited to share the final product.
