About Purchasing Boeschen Vineyards Wine...

Boeschen Vineyards’ flagship wine is a very limited bottling of Cabernet Sauvignon made exclusively from estate-grown fruit. This wine is crafted in an Old-World style, seeking balance and complexity, and blended with the other estate-grown Bordeaux varietals. The wine is aged 18 months in French oak and then one additional year in the bottle. Only the highest quality grapes are chosen for Boeschen Vineyards wine, and even then only the best lots of young barreled wine are selected for final bottling.

The 2010 vintage is an example of difficult growing conditions that resulted in smaller yields of dense, concentrated fruit.  This Estate Cabernet features that intensity of flavor, blended with small amounts of Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Malbec, all from the estate vineyard.  The tannins are big but soft and round, emphasizing the characteristic Boeschen Vineyards balance and silky mouthfeel.  It's a delicious, powerful wine that can be opened immediately or cellared for many years.
