Q:  What is the difference between joining the Wine Club and registering for an allocation?

A:  The Wine Club is designed for our most loyal customers who want to receive a shipment of each new wine release.  Each year, Wine Club members receive two shipments and are able to specify the amount of each wine they receive (minimum shipment is three bottles or one large-format bottle). The Wine Club guarantees access to the wine and provides multiple pricing discounts and other benefits.  Those customers who do not wish to join the Wine Club may register for a one-time allocation of a wine, although priority access will be given to Wine Club members if there is not enough wine available for everyone.

Q:  Why should I join the Boeschen Vineyards Wine Club?

A:  The Boeschen Vineyards Wine Club is the only way to guarantee access to Boeschen Vineyards wines at the best possible price (all Wine Club shipments receive a 10% discount, and Wine Club case shipments receive a 20% discount).  Last year, our Estate Cabernet, Carrera Estate Blend, Estate Sauvignon Blanc, and Katie Rosé were all fully allocated to our Wine Club members.  Boeschen Vineyards also gives Wine Club members much more flexibility than most other wine clubs.  You can determine the size of each shipment you wish to receive, and can continually adjust this allocation as your interests change.

Q:  What if I decide I don't want to be a member anymore? 

A:  If you should decide to unsubscribe from the Wine Club, simply email us and let us know at any time, as long as it is at least two weeks prior to any scheduled Wine Club shipment.  We do ask for a commitment of at least two shipments. 

Q:  How do I pay for my wine shipments?

A:  You will give us a valid credit card number at the time you register.  We will charge your card for the cost of the wines and shipping at the time the wine is released.  You will be notified in advance of each shipment (two shipments each year for Wine Club members).  We ask that you keep us informed of any changes to your credit card or contact information.

Q:  How much does it cost to join the Wine Club?

A:  There are no fees whatsoever to join the Boeschen Vineyards Wine Club.  The only cost is what you pay for each release (two shipments each year). This will vary based on which wines are being released and shipping costs to your location.  

Q:  When do shipments go out?

A:  Boeschen Vineyards wines are shipped upon release.  Each year, our spring release includes our Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, Estate Sauvignon Blanc, and Katie Rosé, while our Carrera Estate Blend is released in the fall. We will, when necessary, take into account weather restrictions when timing our Wine Club shipments to avoid exposing the wines to excessive heat.

Q:  Can I pick my wine up instead of having it shipped to me?

A:  If you would rather pick up your wines at the winery (located in St. Helena, in Napa Valley), you can select that option when specifying your shipment information. We would love to meet you! 

Q:  Why can't you ship to my state?

A:  Many states have legal restrictions that prevent us from shipping directly to customers in those locations.  Please email info@boeschenvineyards.com if you have any questions about shipping to your state.
